Information

  • Viewing
    • Available M, W and Th from 3p-10p when we are open to the public.
    • Fridays at or after 10:30am
    • NO viewing during other customer’s events.
  • Parking
    • 28 Parking Stalls dedicated to the banquet hall.
    • Stalls are located on the Ocean side of the building.
    • NO Parking in the front (Ewa End) or Mountain side of the building, these stalls are rented by our tenants 24/7
    • Parking cones available to reserve stalls for: Elderly, Handicap, VIP, Food Vendors, Entertainment, etc.
    • Once parking stalls are full, all others must park across the street.
    • NOTE: Unauthorized parking or parking in the fire lane will cause a disruption to your party as announcements will be made until the vehicles are moved.
  • Ice
    • 50lbs of Ice Provided. We ask you not to bring ice as we will NOT be able to store your excess ice. Additional ice can be purchased if need be. See catering for prices.
  • Refrigeration
    • Customer will be allowed to store deserts and other perishables on the day of the party in our walk-in refrigerator.
  • Beverages
    • Customer allowed to bring their own water, soda, and juice. Must bring your own cooler(s). NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL allowed.
    • Bar will be open to service your event.
    • Water and juice station available. Includes cups. See catering for prices.
  • Catering
    • Customer is welcome to cater through us or cater on your own.
    • If catering through us:
      • Food order and final count due two weeks prior to event.
      • Full payment for catering due one week prior to event.
      • provided.
    • If catering on your own, the customer is responsible for warmers, serving utensils, utensils, napkins, and paper products. These products are available for purchase. See catering for prices.
  • Air Conditioning
    • Air conditioning will be turned on two hours prior to event or once all exit doors are closed from set up, whichever is later.
    • Guests are welcome to leave doors open during set up; however, the longer the doors are open the more opportunity for pests to infiltrate the banquet hall. In addition, open doors will cause the facility to remain warm throughout the event.
  • Banquet Hall
    • Rental fee is for the space and time indicated on the Rental Agreement and the end time is not later than one hour after agreed upon end time. Guests are welcome to congregate in the lounge area while the banquet hall is cleared.
  • Tables and Chairs are provided.
    • There are 40 each 72-inch white Luau Tables that seat six people per table. 6 feet in length, 30″ in depth and 29″ in height
    • Table Cloths not provided.
  • Sound system and stages
    • We do not provide or rent sound system or stages at this time.
  • Decorations
    • Painter’s tape must be used if hanging anything from walls.
    • We request no confetti. Clean up is difficult for the customer.
  • Trash.
    • Two Green 33 Gallon trash cans are dedicated to the banquet hall. Customer responsible for these cans throughout event. Trash Bags provided.
    • Dumpster available for customer use.
