2024 Facility Rental Rates
- Our Banquet Hall seats 175 and our lounge seats an additional 75 for a total of 250 seats.
- Banquet Hall square footage is 2,500sq ft and lounge is 1,500sq ft for a total of 4,000 square feet.
- There are no food or beverage minimums.
- Lounge is open to service all reservations.
- Tables and Chairs included in rental fee.
Lounge Rates:
- Available for private parties of 75 persons or less
- Available Monday through Friday for $200
Daily Banquet Hall Rates:
- Monday through Wednesday_____$400 [any eight-hour time frame]
- Thursday___________________________$250 [for reservations from 4p to 10p]
- Friday_______________________________$500 [for reservations from 4p to 10p]
- Saturday Time Slot 1______________$700 [8am-2:30pm
- Saturday Time Slot 2______________$900 [3pm-11pm]
- Saturday Both Time Slots_________$1200 [any twelve-hour time frame]
- Sunday Time Slot 1________________$600 [8am-2:30pm]
- Sunday Time Slot 2________________$700 [3pm-11pm]
- Sunday Both Time Slots___________$900 [any twelve-hour time frame]

Deposit
- Reservations are first come first serve. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance. We no longer offer complimentary holds. There is a $50 administrative booking that is applied to your rental. There are no refunds for this fee.
- $200 Deposit Required at 150 days prior to your event to continue to Hold Reservation Date. This Fee will also be applied to your rental.
- PAYMENTS ACCEPTED- Cashier’s Check, Money Order Payable to AAHII.org or we will email a link for direct pay.
- Personal Checks accepted if reservation is 90 days out. Â Payments made payable to: AAHII.org
- Remaining Balance Due 45 Days Prior to Event.
- Cancellation under 45 days subject to loss of deposit.
